Frisk Arctic Omega-3 Pregnancy is a dietary supplement developed for pregnant and breastfeeding women who want a daily supplement of selected nutrients. The product contains fish oil from 100% wild-caught Arctic cod, marine omega-3 fatty acids, Quatrefolic® folate, and vitamin D3.
DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal blood formation. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Frisk Arctic Omega-3 Pregnancy is made from fish oil from wild-caught Arctic cod (Gadus morhua) from Arctic waters.
The product contains DHA and EPA in their natural form. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA.
The product contains Quatrefolic® folate. Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal blood formation.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to the maintenance of normal bones.
The fish oil is ORIVO-verified for documented species, origin, and purity. The capsules are halal-certified.

Ingredients
Cod liver oil from wild cod (Gadus morhua) (fish), capsule (gelatin, stabilizer (glycerol), colorants (iron oxides and hydroxides)), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt (folate), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), antioxidant (mixed tocopherols).
Halal capsule: halal-certified bovine gelatin.
Use and dosage
Recommended daily dose: 1–2 capsules daily.
Can be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Take with food, preferably a meal containing fat.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from sunlight. Recommended storage: room temperature 15–25 °C.
